Africa is a continent packed with potential, and at the heart of this potential lies our greatest asset: the youth. As we stand on the cusp of change, the numbers tell a compelling story. Africa’s youth population is set to double to over 830 million by 2050, painting a picture of a dynamic and thriving continent.

Yet, woven into this narrative are challenges that demand our attention and action. Among the nearly 420 million youth aged 15-35 in Africa, one-third find themselves unemployed and disheartened, another third navigates the precarious path of vulnerable employment, while only one in six enjoys the stability of wage employment.

It is a stark reality that casts shadows on the dreams and aspirations of countless young minds.

In the face of these challenges, we refuse to be bystanders.

Instead, At One digital Wave Academy we choose to be architects of change, weaving a new narrative of opportunity and empowerment for Africa's youth. Our response is a rallying call to join forces with various organizations, united by a common purpose: to create 10,000 jobs through the power of digital skills by 2030.
